Hello everybody,

I am an Innovation & New Media Blogger based in Switzerland.

I started my career developing major event platforms for Swiss Life before managing successfully several online content projects for companies active in the service sector. Interested by Loyalty & New Media, I interviewed more than 30 managers in the Lake of Geneva Region in 2009. Motivated by the interesting results, I decided to launch my blog as well as a group on LinkedIn to share insights as well as my experience in developing communities on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and seizing opportunities in Loyalty building.

In the same year, I joined the Swiss Marketing Lausanne as a Committee Member and started promoting successfully the club and its conferences online. Based on my experience in Community Management, I got the opportunity to manage in May 2011 Edelvia’s social media campaign for the Swiss & French (Paris) markets with outstanding results.

As a speaker, I conducted several Social Media seminars (April 2010 / February 2011). I was also given the opportunity to present Community Management Best Practices to Swiss Tourism professionals in June 2011 (Martigny) and conducted a workshop on Community Management at TpM 2011 in Sierre. More recently I was honored to speak about Community Management to Tourism professionals preparing their EMBA in Tourism Innovation at the HES-SO.

Passionate about entrepreneurship & innovation, I contributed 4 years to the online promotion of Western Switzerland’s innovative players as Alp ICT’s Community Manager & Blogger. I  work today as Innovaud‘s Community Manager as well as a Social Media expert for Schön Communication. I’m also proud to function as Startupticker.ch Western Switzerland Correspondent and write about the innovation ecosystem.
